Phil, co-director and co-founder of Holden Estate Agents has a strong knowledge of the local area having been born and raised in the Maldon district. He also has over 22 years’ estate agency experience, 18 of which have been in Maldon. Phil began his career as a trainee at one of the largest estate agents in the UK where he worked his way up to senior branch manager positions, before deciding to open Holden Estate Agents with Ryan.
