In May 2020, when Estate Agents were able to open again (whilst many sectors were still in lockdown due to the Coronavirus pandemic) the government gave advice that prospective buyers should have a virtual tour first before viewing.
Since then, we have continued to offer this service (and in fact have invested in upgrading the quality of our virtual tour camera) and they continue to be offered as standard to all of our sellers.
Prospective buyers can enjoy a virtual tour of your property in the comfort of their own home, giving them the opportunity to fully appreciate the space and features on offer.
