Tiptree Office Opening Offer Terms and Conditions

Our Tiptree Office opening offer is only available to properties being sold in Tiptree (CO5 0) and is limited to the first 25 instructions, which must be received by 31st January 2020.

All instructions must be on a sole agency basis for a period of 12 weeks, and you agree to a for sale board/sold board.

Once redeemed this offer will expire after a period of 12 months at which point new terms will be agreed.

We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

If you have instructed another estate agent the terms of that agreement must be considered before instructing ourselves.
