According to land registry there were 284 sales in Maldon during the last 12 months.  The overall average sales price was £333,365 and prices were similar to 2017 and up 7% on 2016.


Of the 284 sales :

85 were detached (average price £462,014)

98 were semi-detached (average price £305,532)

68 were terraced (average price £275,021)

30 were flats 

Maldon was more expensive than nearby Heybridge (average price £306,762) Tollesbury (average price £299,292) but cheaper than Heybridge Basin (average price £361,833) Great Totham (average price £407,682) and Wickham Bishops (average price £674,875)
