Local search update in the Maldon District - 18 October 2019


After the local press reported on the prolonged delays for the local searches in the Maldon District, the council had responded by promising a service update by today.  

Imagine our disappointment to see that the 40 working day turnaround has been deducted to 38 working days.

We continue to urge anyone buying locally to apply for their searches as soon as physically possible, whilst hoping the council resolve this as a matter of urgency.
