Property Viewings
(Which are in line with government advice)
Speculative physical viewings will not be booked at this stage. For this reason many of our homes for sale have virtual tours available. Physical viewings will be for those that are able to buy and have their finances in place. We will also email strict instructions to comply with for the viewing. If these conditions are not met then the viewing will not take place.
PPE must be worn by viewers. For accompanied viewings, our staff will wear PPE.
Property Valuations
Physical visits to properties are only being booked for thouse that want to launch to the market. If you are looking for an idea on price but not wanting to go for sale, these will be conducted virtually.
Our staff will wear PPE for any house visits.
